At Close to Home Southwest, the emphasis is on individualisation. We believe in creating employment supports aligned with each participant's goals, aspirations, and strengths. Whether it involves establishing a personal business or securing a role within an existing organisation, the goal remains to assist individuals in maximising their potential.
Situated in Milligan House, Bunbury, Western Australia, Close to Home Southwest was established in 2023 to address the unmet needs of individuals in Bunbury and surrounding areas. Long waiting lists and lack of service provision prompted the creation of Close to Home Southwest, aiming to offer customised employment support, tailored to the unique requirements of NDIS participants.
Close to Home Southwest work with people who have NDIS funding in their Core or Capacity Building Budgets. At this time, we can only work with people who are Plan Managed or Self Managed

"As the nominee for an NDIS participant, it's really difficult to find service providers who even just do the minimum they say they will to help your child make their way in the world. When we found Louise Grant, we found someone who used her extensive skills in providing supports along with her common sense, life experience and enthusiasm to train and equip the participant for the future. Louise not only does what she says she'll do, but even more.Louise Grant is a gem among service providers and we appreciate everything she's done providing SLES services for us, and so much more.

"Louise has been extremely helpful in my personal and professional life, she has such a wide range of skills and a large network that's come in handy so many times. I find her extremely inspiring and her encouragement has pushed me to achieve my goals. My only regret about moving is that I don't get to access Louise's services as often."

I'm currently a participant, and, since Louise Grant has worked with me I’m more and more confident each day, she always is friendly respectful she values me through her practice’s like the person centered approach, she advocates for me and on so many levels she displays her dedication work ethics which are very high I would say. She’s honest and discerning and thinks of ways I can get more involved in the community which helps me push through my barriers and she is also very patient with me. She gets a five star review from me . Renee ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks so much Louise for everything you do . 🤩
